Description

DOSATRON dosing pump DIA4RE 1-4%:

Works under pressure, without electricity. The water flowing through the dispenser drives the pump itself, at a pressure of 0.30 bar. Mixing of the preparation takes place in a special chamber to which air cannot reach. The dispenser is equipped with an adjustment ring thanks to which the concentration level of the working liquid can be set in the range from 1 to 4%.

- water flow rate: from 4.5 l / h to 2500 l / h

- works with very low flows (0.08 l / min) and low water pressures (0.15 bar)

- water pressure: from 0.15 to 4 bar

- dosing value: from 1 to 4%

- intended for substances with a pH of 1 - 9

- the drive of the dispenser is the flowing water, activating the membrane mechanism (the piston is eliminated)

- connection: 3/4 "male thread

- self-suction: max. Suction height of 4 m

- precisely takes the set dose of the agent in a certain proportion and mixed with water

- provides a solution with a given concentration, regardless of the flow rate, in the concentration range of 1-4%,

- works without electricity

- intended use: animal production, irrigation, industry, car washes

In order to extend the service life of the device, we recommend the use of an additional water filter in the water line upstream of the dispenser.
